Billing Policies
Use of the JEOL JEM-2100 TEM, accessories, and sample-preparation or characterization service require Preauthorization for Payment. Please complete the appropriate form prior to instrument use or services. Upon completion of instrument use or services, staff will generate a Standard Journal Voucher (J-V) Form (internal) or Work Order (external) for resulting charges. A copy of the completed Preauthorization form will accompany the J-V form or Work Order in transit to the SDSM&T Business for transfer of funds to the TEM operating account or billing.
